Eligibility

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase
  • Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition
  • All original packaging and proof of purchase are required
  • This includes the ring box your Ring Bands™ arrived in
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Returns

  • Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • You may opt for the full amount, minus shipping, in store credit
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional fees may apply if original packaging is not included

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items within 14 days of purchase
  • Clients are responsible for shipping and handling costs
  • Exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected

Manufacturer Defects

  • Loose or missing stones
  • Lifting of gold plating
  • Loose prong settings
  • If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued

Exclusions

  • Worn or used jewelry
  • Items returned without original packaging, including the ring box
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Final sale items
